Our premium quality TruRoots Organic Quinoa is grown at an elevation of approximately 12,000 ft in the salt flats of Uyuni, in the south-west part of Bolivia. We recently visited our farmers to catch up on the developments during the recent Quinoa harvest. Our journey started from La Paz.
