Sprouted Green Lentils – Raw

Some of the best recipes require almost no effort. Simply soak these savory beans or 30-45 minutes!

1 cup TruRoots Organic Sprouted Green Lentils
3 cups warm water


These instructions are to be used if you are interested in consuming the sprouted green lentils as a raw food, and do not want to heat the lentils. To prepare lentils by cooking, please follow the Basic Cooking Instructions.

In a bowl of warm water, stir in truRoots Sprouted Green Lentils.
Let rest for about 30-45 minutes.
Since rehydration of lentils depends on the water temperature used, try the lentils to see if they are correctly hydrated to desired consistency.

TIPS: To get a faster hydration, change and replace warm water 2-3 times during soaking period.
